For your convenience, the Architectural Review Committee Request Form has been added to the Resources page. Please use this form when requesting approval for exterior changes.
As stated in the association’s governing documents, all exterior changes, modifications, repairs, replacements, or additions must have prior written approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). This includes, but is not limited to, such things as fences, decks, and storage sheds, as well as modifications to your house, such as lighting fixtures, doors, and brick or siding.
The approval process is simply intended to be sure that your changes adhere to the association’s Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions, which are themselves intended to preserve the appeal of our community. For your reference, the CC&Rs can also be found on the Resources page.
