Due to the snowfall received today, Wednesday, February 20, 2019, Howard County cancelled all county trash and recycling curbside collections today. This means that all pickups for the remainder of the week will be delayed by one day.
For our residents (those not living on Lyndsey Way) who normally receive trash collection on Thursdays, tomorrow, Thursday, February 21 will NOT be trash collection day. Trash will be picked up on Friday, February, 22 instead. Please place trash bins at the curb on Thursday night or Friday morning.
Additionally, in case you have not yet heard, Howard County Schools are currently scheduled to open on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, Thursday, February 21, 2019 and that decision will be reevaluated in the morning.
